Warehouse Operative / Operations Processor

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Ltd is looking for part-time Operations Processors / Warehouse Operatives on behalf of one of our customers, who is a worldwide market leader in parcel logistics. The position is based in Northampton, the Brackmills area.

  • Hourly Rate: £13.02 per hour (shift premiums: extra £2.80/h after 7pm, Saturday £1.22/h, Sunday £2.27/h)
  • Shift: Monday to Friday, 4 PM to 9 PM
  • Contract Type: Part-time
  • Location: Northampton, Brackmills
  • Ends: 30/05/2026

Key Responsibilities

  • Process all incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Loading and Unloading Vehicles
  • Scan/process shipments
  • Ensure all actions are completed quickly and efficiently
  • Maintain a high level of attention to detail
  • Manual lifting of shipments (some heavy lifting involved)
  • Ensure warehouse is left clean and tidy after shift
  • Perform any other reasonable duties as required

Qualifications

  • No Experience needed
  • Security training will be given when required
  • Pre-employment screening: 5-year work/education history verification and UK criminal record check
