Head of Customer Experience

Head of Customer Experience role reporting to the Operations Director, leading the development and strategic direction of Complaints and Customer Services functions at [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]. The role requires a proven track record in managing customer experience services, including a customer contact centre, within social housing or a regulated environment. Responsibilities include transforming underperforming services, using data to drive improvements, and delivering financial reporting and analysis. The position offers hybrid working with a minimum of 2 days in the office per week.
