Food Technology Technician - Part Time TTO + 2 SDD

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a proactive Food Technology Technician to support the Food Department. This is a part-time, permanent position starting 1 September 2026. Salary: BCAT 5 (FTE £26,956 - £27,765). Location: Canterbury, Kent.

The Post

Required for 1 September 2026, [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking to appoint a Food Technology Technician to support the Food Department, enhance student progress in Food and Nutrition, and help raise standards of achievement and behaviour. The successful candidate should be proactive, approachable, and act as a positive role model. A Level 3 education with good numeracy and literacy skills (GCSE English and Maths) is required; experience with secondary school students is desirable.
