JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for a designer who can convert structured business and brand inputs into clean, usable, and repeatable visual systems. This includes: brand identity systems, brand manuals/guidelines, marketing and sales assets, and high-fidelity landing page layouts (design only, no coding). This is a system-building role, not a one-off design role.
JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- 1. Brand System Development – Build complete identity systems: logo system, color architecture, typography system, visual guidelines. Produce a concise, structured brand manual (approx. up to 30 pages).
- 2. Asset Creation & Application – Apply the system across website visual systems, sales and operational collateral, presentation systems, and basic marketing and social assets.
- 3. Landing Page Design (No Coding) – Design high-fidelity desktop and mobile layouts with clear visual hierarchy, strong presentation of offer, proof, and CTA.
- 4. Structured Workflow Execution – Work from detailed inputs, translate into structured outputs, maintain organized files.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Tools & Technical Stack: Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma (or equivalent). Clean, structured source files.
Seniority & Profile: Strong mid-level designer with 3–5+ years in brand, visual, or marketing design. Portfolio showing full brand systems and landing page examples.
Key attributes: Thinks in systems, interprets structured input, understands hierarchy and clarity, explains design decisions in business terms, strong English.
What We Are NOT Looking For
- Purely aesthetic or trend-driven designers
- Inconsistent or style-heavy portfolios
- Designers who require constant direction
- Dribbble-style work without real-world application
Future Growth
This role may evolve to manage additional designers and maintain quality control across visual outputs.
