JOB OVERVIEW

The Executive Assistant is responsible for providing high-level administrative and organizational support to an executive, such as a CEO, COO, or other top-level Executives within the organization. This position is hybrid and does often require in-office work and collaboration with the Executive Team.

The Key Performance Indicators (KPI) which measure the Executive Assistant’s efficacy and success are consistent goal achievement, positive feedback and performance reviews, & compliance with confidentiality and discretion.

JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Meeting and Event Coordination: Organizing and coordination of meetings, conferences, and special events. This may involve booking venues, arranging catering, and preparing meeting materials.
  • Project Assistance: Assisting in the execution of various projects, which may involve research, data analysis, and project management tasks.
  • Adaptability: Being flexible and ready to address a wide range of tasks and responsibilities as the needs of the executives and organization change.
  • Problem Solving: Handling unforeseen challenges and resolving issues on behalf of the executive, often with a degree of autonomy.
  • Scheduling and calendar management: Managing the executive’s calendar, scheduling meetings appointments, and travel arrangements, and ensuring they are aware of their daily and upcoming obligations.
  • All other duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 3 years' experience as an executive assistant or any equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities to carry out the role as an executive assistant.
  • You are required to obtain a Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card.
  • Degree: High school diploma required; bachelor's degree and/or additional certification(s) are preferred in the field of business; or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.
