Role Overview
We’re entering an exciting phase of growth, with plenty of opportunity ahead. As our Personal Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting our CEO and wider executive team - keeping things organised, managing the day-to-day, and ensuring nothing is missed along the way.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality administrative support to the CEO and the wider exec team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage busy and ever-changing diaries, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments effectively.
- Act as a first point of contact for the CEO, handling incoming communications and directing queries appropriately.
- Prepare, format, and proofread documents, presentations, and correspondence to a high standard.
- Organise travel arrangements, including bookings, itineraries, and expense management.
- Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, preparing materials, and taking accurate minutes where required.
- Maintain organised records, files, and databases with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Provide general administrative support across the team as needed.
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with internal and external contacts.
Requirements
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- The ability to manage your own workload and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A professional and discreet approach when handling confidential information.
- A flexible and proactive attitude, with a willingness to support where needed.
