Buying Manager - Food to Go, Dips & Salads

This is a permanent, full-time role (37.5 hours/week) with a hybrid working arrangement (minimum 3 days per week in the office). The role involves managing the category P&L, negotiating with suppliers, understanding customer needs, and driving sales growth.

This role represents a fantastic opportunity to gain exposure to numerous commercial teams and engage colleagues across the business to land an integrated, best in class customer offer. As a Buyer, you will work collaboratively with key suppliers and internal stakeholders to deliver sales, pricing and growth ahead of the market while managing the category P&L. You will negotiate and deliver business plans, understand customers and implement strategies that meet their needs. You will also track and negotiate around key commodities and deliver cost-to-serve programmes with suppliers.
