Job Description

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a passionate and strategic Account Director, Games to join the Outreach team. This role sits at the heart of efforts to connect with and support creators, driving engagement and ensuring creators have the resources and guidance they need to succeed. Reporting to the Head of Games, the Account Director, Games will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop outreach strategies, cultivate relationships within creative communities, and advocate for creators' needs internally.

Responsibilities

  • Creator Engagement & Support: Build and strengthen relationships with creators, track interactions using CRM, and own relationships with top-tier creators.
  • Community Education & Development: Develop category-specific resources, educate creators, and represent [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] at industry events.
  • Partnership & Ecosystem Building: Establish relationships with institutions and partners, negotiate deals, and expand [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s reach.
  • Event Strategy & Representation: Contribute to industry event strategy, attend events, and engage with creators.
  • Strategic Outreach & Growth: Own category strategy, hit revenue and retention targets, gather market intelligence.
  • Product Adoption & Feedback Loop: Support new product features, recruit beta participants, and serve as internal champion for creator needs.
  • Content & Marketing Collaboration: Utilize curation channels, collaborate with marketing, and highlight success stories.

About You

  • At least 5 years of professional experience in games or related creative industries, including a network of connections.
  • At least 3 years of experience with crowdfunding.
  • Expert understanding of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]'s platform, product, and systems.
  • Demonstrated ability to execute data-driven strategic plans.
  • Exceptional communication and public speaking skills.
  • Strong ability to assess project quality and innovation.
  • Bonus: creator or entrepreneur within category.
