Guest Services Supervisor Nights

Key Responsibilities

• Create a warm welcome and set the tone for each guest's experience
• Ensure smooth Check-in and Check-out processes (including Group Check-ins)
• Nightly coverage of Reception and concierge desk
• Answer hotel calls professionally and welcomingly
• Supervise the Night Audit process
• Prepare and deliver Room Service orders
• Keep Front Office and lobby area clean and tidy
• Support colleagues with setting up/clearing down Food & Beverage outlets (including Conference & Events)
• Conduct regular security walks
• Mentor and support Night Guest Experience Agents

What We Are Looking For

• Previous hotel experience as a Front Office Supervisor, Receptionist, or similar, ideally from a branded hotel background with strong knowledge of Front Office systems
• Experience in offering exceptional customer service
• Understanding of supervising a team on a daily basis
• Proactive, composed, enthusiastic, approachable, able to build rapport with guests and team members
• Understanding of Food Safety standards
• Excellent communication, organisational, and administrative skills with an eye for detail; proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
