Position Overview
The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing initiatives that promote the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Reducer. This role works closely with the Reducer marketing team and other departments to coordinate campaigns, manage marketing materials, track performance metrics, and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Essential Job Functions
- Owns and drives the promotional asset process and end-to-end document approval process.
- Leads project management and collaborates on the development, approval and distribution of marketing materials.
- Manages the translation of marketing materials into local languages by coordinating with third-party vendors.
- Supports planning, coordination of final materials and execution for internal initiatives such as quarterly or commercial meetings.
- Manages and maintains marketing documents within the sales enablement platform.
- Organizes and maintains the marketing collateral inventory in the Shockwave Store.
- Supports the marketing team in creation of documents, letters and reports.
- Manages overall marketing budget including vendor proposals, purchase orders, and tracking spend.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in marketing, digital marketing, communications, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years’ marketing and events experience, preferably in Medtech or Pharmaceutical industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of Fair Market Value and speaker/consultant payment procedures.
- Highly proficient with Microsoft Office suite and experience with enterprise systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP).
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
- Fluency in English and one additional European language.
- Ability to travel up to 30%.
