Change Lead - Data Transformation - London
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Global is supporting a major transformation programme within the media sector, focused on the evolution of a large media organisation as part of a wider data‑driven transformation. We are seeking an experienced Change Lead to own and orchestrate change management activity across the programme.

What you will be doing
- Own and deliver the overarching change management strategy and plan for the programme
- Prepare the organisation for change, ensuring new processes and systems are effectively embedded internally and externally
- Conduct change impact assessments to identify organisational, process, role and capability impacts
- Define appropriate change interventions, including communications, training, engagement and coaching activities
- Coordinate and execute change interventions in line with programme milestones and delivery plans
- Work closely with delivery and business teams to ensure change activity is aligned to solution rollout
- Define go‑live and business readiness criteria to ensure the organisation is prepared for Move to Production (MTP)
- Play a key role in MTP activities, ensuring change interventions are delivered in time for go‑live
- Assess the effectiveness of change interventions and identify where corrective or additional action is required
- Plan and implement remedial change activity where adoption or readiness risks are identified
- Operate within programme governance structures, supporting mobilisation and ongoing delivery
What we are looking for
- Strong experience operating as a Change Lead or Change Manager on complex transformation programmes
- Proven ability to define and deliver organisational change strategies across large or complex stakeholders
- Experience conducting change impact assessments and translating impacts into practical interventions
- Hands‑on experience delivering communications, training and engagement initiatives
- Experience defining business readiness and supporting go‑live or transition‑to‑production activities
- Ability to assess adoption and effectiveness of change interventions and adjust approach as needed
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including influencing at senior levels
- Comfortable working in environments with multiple workstreams, dependencies and evolving priorities
- Experience contributing to digital, data or technology‑led transformation initiatives
- UK‑based and able to travel onsite 1 to 2 days per week
- Exposure to data transformation programmes
Nice to haves
- Background in media, rights management or related creative industries
- Experience managing change with external customers or partners, in addition to internal users
- Accreditation in recognised change methodologies (e.g. Prosci, APMG, ADKAR)
- Experience working in consultancy‑led or multi‑supplier delivery environments
