Massage Therapist, Central London, Covent Garden
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Spa is seeking a Massage Therapist for its Covent Garden location. Full time positions available, weekend availability required. Compensation: £15.10 - £16.10 / hour.

Who Are We Looking For?
We are looking for enthusiastic Spa Therapists with a passion for performing immersive experiences. The [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Spa allows us to showcase [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]’s values, ethos and products in a truly amazing way.
Good to Know
- Start date & Onboarding: The successful candidate will complete at least 10 days of onboarding at their assigned spa location.
- Training: Upon completion of the onboarding period, you will attend a 6-week training course at the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Spa Training Center in Poole, Dorset. Travel expenses and accommodations will be covered by [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal].

Responsibilities
- Performing [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Spa Treatments following set routines and standards
- Representing the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Spa on the shop floor and across the business
- Looking after clients' experiences
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the spa
- Booking and upselling treatments using our booking system
- Maintaining high standards in the spa (cleanliness, presentation, hygiene)
- Being responsible for your own wellbeing
- Keeping product & treatment knowledge up to date
- Supporting stock control
Required Skills & Experience
- An NVQ Level 3 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent in Holistic Therapy, which includes full-body massage.
- At least 1 year of practical work experience within a similar role and location performing body massages and facials.
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service and treatments.
- Passionate about representing the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] brand, ethics and products.
