The Role
Supervisors play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and crafting standout experiences. You'll lead the shop floor, collaborate with colleagues and store manager, and support business growth through party sales and spa sales. Natural leadership, effective communication, and team motivation are key.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the sales team to deliver exceptional customer service by providing motivation, encouragement, and development.
- Engage with customers, offer tailored recommendations, and create memorable shopping experiences.
- Maintain a clean, visually appealing shop floor following display guidelines and seasonal trends.
- Support the store manager in achieving sales targets through team motivation and creative approaches.
- Organise and contribute to in-store events and external outreach to drive business growth.
- Provide training, feedback, and development for team members; support recruitment and onboarding.
- Lead the store effectively in the absence of the store manager.
- Ensure health and safety standards are followed.
- Seek personal development opportunities and contribute ideas to improve the shop floor experience.
- Support building of the store's party and spa sales.
