Patient Services Executive

We are looking for a dedicated Patient Services Executive to join our team. In this vital role, you will:

  • Be the primary point of contact for patients throughout their fertility journey
  • Deliver care that is compassionate, seamless, and expert
  • Work closely with both clinical and administrative teams to ensure every patient experience reflects our values

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in a patient-facing or customer service role (ideally within healthcare)
  • Excellent organisation, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to show genuine compassion in every interaction
  • A detail-focused approach with a strong commitment to patient experience and satisfaction

Location: Seacroft Hospital, York Rd, Seacroft, Leeds LS14 6UH. You will work between 7.30am - 6pm, Monday to Friday (we do some weekend working 7.30 - 3.30pm on a rota basis).
