You will lead strategic sourcing initiatives related to a determined product category including supplier capital investments, supplier relationship management, value creation partnering with product development, innovation and sustainability.

What You Will Bring

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies for assigned packaging categories
• Own and manage relationships with key suppliers
• Serve as the Commercial Lead for the supply base
• Support local market projects and savings initiatives
• Act as escalation point for supplier-related issues
• Lead promotional feasibility and capacity strategy
• Own cost savings pipeline
• Scout and validate new suppliers

Skills and Experience

• 5+ years in supply chain sourcing, preferably manufacturing
• Proven strategic sourcing and supplier management experience
• Strong negotiation skills and commercial acumen
• Client-first mindset
• Familiarity with risk management and sustainability
• Proficiency in data analysis and forecasting
