FULL DESCRIPTION

Guest Experience Agent

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Guest Experience Agent at Holiday Inn Express Poole. You will create a warm atmosphere and ensure a friction-free experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create a warm welcome and set the tone for each guest's experience.
  • Ensure smooth check-in and check-out process.
  • Coverage of the reception desk.
  • Answer hotel calls in a professional and welcoming manner.
  • Take out-of-hours bedroom reservations.
  • Carry out guest call backs to ensure satisfaction.
  • Book taxis and ground transport.
  • Recommend places to visit and make bookings.

Requirements

  • Previous hotel experience as a Front Office Team Member or similar role, ideally branded hotel background.
  • Strong knowledge of Front Office systems.
  • Exceptional customer service experience.
  • Proactive, composed, enthusiastic, approachable, able to build rapport.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and administrative skills.
  • Willing to work a flexible schedule.
