This role supports the Revenue, Reservations & Events Manager across multiple properties, handling bedroom and events bookings. Role Description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Reservations & Events Coordinator with a strong background in meetings and events. Based at Holiday Inn Bristol City Centre, you will support revenue and reservations across several properties. This role is hands-on, dealing with bedroom bookings and meetings/events from enquiry to final details.

Responsibilities

  • Enter bedroom and events bookings into system; produce accurate function sheets
  • Support daily tasks and collaborate with team
  • Work with Cluster Revenue Manager, General Managers, and Cluster Sales Manager to maximise revenue
  • Maintain relationships with third-party booking agents

Job Requirements

  • Experience in a branded hotel (bonus)
  • Revenue/sales hungry, target driven
  • Attention to detail for function sheets
  • Proactive, composed, enthusiastic, approachable
  • Excellent communication, organisational and administrative skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, bank holidays
