Role Description
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Reservations & Events Coordinator with a strong background in meetings and events. Based at Holiday Inn Bristol City Centre, you will support revenue and reservations across several properties. This role is hands-on, dealing with bedroom bookings and meetings/events from enquiry to final details.

Responsibilities
- Enter bedroom and events bookings into system; produce accurate function sheets
- Support daily tasks and collaborate with team
- Work with Cluster Revenue Manager, General Managers, and Cluster Sales Manager to maximise revenue
- Maintain relationships with third-party booking agents
Job Requirements
- Experience in a branded hotel (bonus)
- Revenue/sales hungry, target driven
- Attention to detail for function sheets
- Proactive, composed, enthusiastic, approachable
- Excellent communication, organisational and administrative skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Willing to work flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, bank holidays
