ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

This full-time role involves driving sales, managing team performance, maintaining visual standards, handling stock control, and building client relationships.

  • Location: 40 Elizabeth Street (Belgravia) and 313 Brompton Road (Chelsea)
  • Contract: 37.5 hours per week / 3-month probationary period
  • Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership and Development: Stay updated on buying trends, manage customer issues, support recruitment and onboarding, provide performance feedback.
  • Operational Management: Assist with stock transfers, support administrative duties, ensure visual standards, manage inventory control.
  • Brand and Client Relations: Act as brand ambassador, maintain visual merchandising, manage CRM data, support in-store events.
