About the Role

Support the product merchandiser in conducting competitor and market research, maintaining seasonal collection boards, creating product-focused documents, auditing the website for visual merchandising, proposing product edits, assisting with photoshoot preparation, and managing samples.

Responsibilities

  • Support the product merchandiser to conduct competitor and market research
  • Maintaining and update seasonal collection boards making sure they are up to date with the latest designs, fabrics and inspiration from the Madrid team
  • Be on hand to help with the creation of product focussed documents to inform the wider business
  • Audit the website and communicate any visual merchandising actions required by the ecommerce team
  • Propose and create product “Edits” to feature on our website
  • Assist in the creation of documents to support the photoshoot
  • Own the intake, storage and maintenance of samples
  • Supporting the organisation of showroom each season
  • Be on hand to support during our seasonal photoshoots (studio and location)

Personal Qualities

  • Competent in Microsoft programmes – Excel and PowerPoint in particular
  • A passion for product is a must
  • Highly organised
  • Strong sense of initiative
  • Able to work as part of a team as well as independently
  • Experience in retail is preferred
  • Studying or has experience in a fashion-based field beneficial but not essential
  • Finding someone with a good attitude, who’s willing to get involved with a wide variety of task is the most important criteria
