Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and certified Inspector with a diverse range of NDT qualifications, including Visual Testing (VT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Penetrant Testing (PT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), and Ultrasonic Testing Phased Array (UTPA). The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining quality and safety in our operations.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct inspections using a range of NDT techniques, including VT, MT, PT, UT, and UTPA.
  • Evaluate and interpret inspection data to identify defects, irregularities, and anomalies.
  • Collaborate with engineering and maintenance teams to provide solutions and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.
  • Participate in equipment maintenance and calibration to maintain accuracy.

Requirements

  • Certification in Visual Testing (VT), Magnetic Particle Testing (MT), Penetrant Testing (PT), Ultrasonic Testing (UT), and Ultrasonic Testing Phased Array (UTPA).
  • Proven experience in conducting inspections with these NDT methods.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret inspection data accurately.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to safety and quality.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred, but not required)

  • Rope access certification (SPRAT, IRATA, or equivalent).
  • Experience with other non-destructive testing (NDT) methods.
  • Familiarity with software used for data analysis and reporting.
