Adult Care Lawyer

The Role
- Manage a caseload of Adult Social Care matters, including: Court of Protection applications, Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS), Ordinary residence disputes, Safeguarding and community care advice
- Provide clear and practical legal advice to social care teams and senior stakeholders
- Draft legal documents and represent the authority where required
- Support the wider legal team on complex or sensitive matters
About You
- Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or CILEX Lawyer
- Strong experience within Adult Social Care law, ideally within a [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]
- Confident managing a full caseload independently
- Ability to build effective working relationships remotely
