Company Overview
A leading RBCA based in Hampshire who are after an RBI to help with inspections and plan checks in North Wiltshire/Berkshire area
Role Overview
- An RBI position covering the Hampshire on an initial 6 month contract basis with a high view to extend
- Offering site inspection and plan checks
- Full time (37 hours a week)
- Up to £55 per hour (£5152 take home per month after all tax and deductions)
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out site inspections and plan checking
- Carry out enforcement of The Building Regulations and Building Act as necessary
Requirements
- Professional qualifications by one the chartered institutes with a specialism in Building Control
- Minimum Class 2A Registration and Chartered with CIOB/ RICS/ CABE
