Senior Contracts and Procurement Associate

What you will do

• Managing the full lifecycle of supplier contracts, from onboarding through renewal.
• Acting as the central point of contact for new supplier onboarding, guiding colleagues through a complex process.
• Working with legal and risk teams to review contracts, particularly for critical suppliers.
• Maintaining accurate supplier registers, records and documentation.
• Coordinating ongoing monitoring and compliance activity in line with regulatory expectations.
• Producing regular reporting and supporting audit activity.
• Helping stakeholders understand contractual requirements and next steps.

What you will need

• Hands‑on experience of procurement and contract management.
• Comfortable working cross‑functionally with a wide range of stakeholders.
• Understanding of outsourcing and third‑party risk requirements.
• Highly organised with strong time‑management skills.
• Sound judgement and pragmatic approach to resolving issues.
• Ability to work in a standalone role without day‑to‑day team support.
