Key Responsibilities

  • Carry out analytical procedures for proteome characterisation with high precision.
  • Analyse and interpret quantitative proteomic data with statistical rigour.
  • Help devise proteomic methodologies (sample preparation, LC, MS).
  • Act as a source of information to other group members.
  • Assist with laboratory maintenance of nanoLCs, liquid handlers, MS equipment.
  • Work with proteomics facility for equipment upkeep.
  • Liaise with support staff and engineers for servicing.
  • Collaborate with researchers and contribute to projects.
  • Publish research articles and present at conferences.
  • Supervise students and support public engagement.
