Job Description

At the Financial Crime Controls Enhancement Programme (FCCEP), we’re passionate about delivering exceptional service. As a Service Consultant, you’ll play a vital role in shaping an exceptional experience for every customer. This role is predominantly telephony‑based, providing support to our frontline colleagues as well as directly supporting customers who may require Safeguarding assistance. Typical working hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, with additional Saturday hours on rotation. [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] offers hybrid working; for this job you'll be located at our nearest regional hub, with anticipated travel once a year to Northampton.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Handle calls from frontline colleagues or customers, taking ownership of resolving ID&V issues.
  • Support different areas of Operations as needed (CDD, Business Savings, Complaints, Remediation, Customer Data Operations).
  • Share ideas and help shape the future of service.

  • Strong customer service, telephony, administrative, and IT skills
  • Ability to support colleagues with complex queries
  • Outstanding communication skills, written and verbal, with ability to handle sensitive situations
  • Experience thriving in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills
