What you’ll be doing

A typical day involves working with Finance colleagues and change partners to understand needs, shape solutions, and turn ideas into practical designs. You’ll think through how changes affect processes, data and controls, spotting risks early and helping teams manage them. You’ll also guide and coach Business Analysts, setting priorities and quality standards.

About you

• Experience delivering, prioritising, sequencing and sizing Business Analysis activities
• Domain experience or knowledge of Finance and/or integration activities
• Proven analytical skills in defining business outcomes, business requirements, process modelling, operational designs, target operating models
• Adept at problem identification and resolution
• Solid understanding of project governance deliverables
• Ability to communicate confidently with senior stakeholders
• Proven task and line management experience
• Ability to accommodate multi-disciplined and geographically dispersed teams
