The Role

As a Senior Town Planner, you will:

• Lead and manage a varied caseload of planning applications and appeals
• Provide clear, strategic planning advice to a broad client base
• Prepare planning statements, site appraisals, and supporting documentation
• Manage client relationships and act as a key point of contact
• Liaise with local authorities, stakeholders, and consultants
• Support and mentor junior team members
• Contribute to business development and company growth initiatives

Projects span residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

About You

• MRTPI qualification (or working towards)
• A minimum of 5+ years' experience in either private consultancy or local authority
• Strong working knowledge of the UK planning system
• Excellent report writing and communication skills
• Proven experience managing projects independently
• Commercial awareness and a client-focused approach
• A proactive and collaborative mindset
