[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is recruiting on behalf of a Local Authority in the South East of England. This is a remote contract role for an experienced solicitor/lawyer specializing in commercial property.

The Role
- Variety of commercial property work – Licences, Leases, Lease Renewals, Acquisitions, Disposals etc.
- Remote working, would need to go down to collect the IT and meet the team
- Initial 3 – 6 month contract – high likelihood of further extensions
About You
- Experience working for a Local Authority is required
- Experience with commercial property matters
- Fully qualified Solicitor, or CILEx qualified
- Strong case management and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently in a locum capacity
- Confident communication and stakeholder management abilities
