Company Overview
A leading RBCA based in London who are after an RBI to help with inspections in North West/West London area.
Role Overview
- An RBI position covering the North West/West London on an initial 12 month contract basis with a high view to extend
- Offering site inspection and plan checks
- Full time (37 hours a week)
- Up to £65 per hour (£6168 take home per month after all tax and deductions)
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out site inspections and plan checking
- Carry out enforcement of The Building Regulations and Building Act as necessary
Requirements
- Professional qualifications by one of the chartered institutes with a specialism in Building Control
- Minimum Class 2A Registration and Chartered with CIOB/ RICS/ CABE
