We work with leaseholders, freeholders, and management companies to deliver efficient, transparent, and proactive management, ensuring properties are well-maintained and compliant.

Job Summary and Key Responsibilities

The Building Safety & Compliance Officer is responsible for supporting the delivery of compliance and building safety services, ensuring regulatory requirements are met and key operational targets are achieved.

Duties will include (not limited to):

  • Successful delivery of building safety and compliance services
  • Management of contractors
  • Promoting health, safety and well-being
  • Production of KPIs relating to safety
  • Management of data relating to compliance
  • Engagement with residents
  • Strong IT skills
  • Good planning and prioritisation skills
  • Liaising with Clients/Directors on Building Safety Requirements
  • Attending client meetings (if required) to discuss/ provide updates on Building Safety

This role is responsible for coordinating Building Height Surveys, registering buildings where required, and arranging all necessary inspections. It also involves compiling and maintaining the Building Safety Information Box, overseeing the installation of wayfinding signage, and ensuring all records remain accurate and up to date. A comprehensive spreadsheet is maintained to track all properties and their associated requirements.
