Maintenance Operative

Role Overview
- The Maintenance Operative is an integral member of the team, responsible for completing all allocated maintenance tasks on-site and delivering excellent customer service to our residents.
- To provide an effective repairs and maintenance service across multiple blocks of apartments within the allocated cluster.
- To undertake void turnaround works as required.
- Ensures the internal and external communal areas, buildings, grounds, and amenities meet standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and overall functionality.
- To support the Facilities Manager by completing building maintenance and plant room inspections as directed.
