Role Overview
This is a part time role working 25 hours per week. Rotating shift pattern of Monday to Friday with Saturday cover every third week. A pivotal member of the front of house team, ensuring that Residents receive an excellent service, the building is maintained and managed efficiently to the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] standard.

- Increase resident satisfaction with service delivery
