Christmas Temp (Basingstoke store)
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is looking for a member of staff to join the team! We hope this person is able to drive sales in the store while providing excellent customer service. The ideal candidate would be looking to grow and further their career in retail in a growing business. They should be able to work well in a team but also prove to be a good independent worker who is able to think on their feet.
- Greeting customers who enter the shop.
- Key Holder responsibilities.
- Assisting shoppers to find the goods and products they are looking for.
- Till duty’s.
- Answering queries from customers.
- Handling customer complaints/returns
- Reporting discrepancies and problems to the Manager.
- Keeping the store tidy and clean.
- Working within established guidelines, particularly with brands.
We expect the right candidate to have excellent time keeping skills with full availability to meet the working hours of the shopping centre.
