Job Vacancy: Sales Development Representative

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking an energetic Sales Development Representative to join their team in Shipley. This is a hybrid role with a salary of £25,000 – £30,000pa plus bonuses and clear progression to Business Development Manager.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Outbound Prospecting: calling, email, and social media activity to potential clients
  • Inbound Lead Generation: promptly respond to inbound leads, qualify, and provide relevant information
  • Appointment Setting: schedule meetings between potential clients and the sales team
  • Reporting: prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline, account metrics

Skills & Experience

  • B2B sales experience
  • Previous experience within EdTech, Learning & Development, SaaS, Technology Managed Service, or similar industry desired
  • Confident, Resilient, and Motivated to develop a career in Sales
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Self-motivated with ability to work independently
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • UK resident with unrestricted right to work in the UK

Additional Information
