Senior Sales Manager, Subscriptions

This hybrid role is based in London and involves leading a sales team, managing client relationships, and achieving subscription revenue targets.

About the Role

  • Own and deliver the subscription revenue target
  • Lead and develop the subscription sales team
  • Own and grow a portfolio of subscription clients
  • Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
  • Take a consultative, solution-based sales approach
  • Build and execute strategic account plans
  • Collaborate with editorial, product, marketing, and commercial teams
  • Maintain strong product and pricing knowledge
  • Accurately forecast subscription revenue using CRM
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity

About You

  • Proven experience selling subscription-based products
  • Solid understanding of insurance or reinsurance industry
  • Track record of renewal management and account growth
  • Experience leading or mentoring a sales team
  • Consultative sales mindset
  • Experience managing medium- to long-cycle sales
  • Strong forecasting and CRM discipline
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
