Senior Sales Manager, Subscriptions

This hybrid role is based in London and involves leading a sales team, managing client relationships, and achieving subscription revenue targets.
About the Role
- Own and deliver the subscription revenue target
- Lead and develop the subscription sales team
- Own and grow a portfolio of subscription clients
- Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders
- Take a consultative, solution-based sales approach
- Build and execute strategic account plans
- Collaborate with editorial, product, marketing, and commercial teams
- Maintain strong product and pricing knowledge
- Accurately forecast subscription revenue using CRM
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
About You
- Proven experience selling subscription-based products
- Solid understanding of insurance or reinsurance industry
- Track record of renewal management and account growth
- Experience leading or mentoring a sales team
- Consultative sales mindset
- Experience managing medium- to long-cycle sales
- Strong forecasting and CRM discipline
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
