Design Consultant – Leamington Spa

Our Head Office is based in the beautiful West Sussex countryside in a converted dairy, and we have a network of 26 showrooms nationwide. We are delighted to offer a full time position for a highly motivated, friendly and enthusiastic individual to work at our Leamington Spa Showroom.
Role Description
As a Sales and Design consultant, you would advise customers on choosing their ideal sofa which involves patience, creativity and a great personality. You would have a flair for putting colour schemes together in the Showroom and have a natural instinct to treat customers to the highest level of Customer Service.
Requirements
- An outgoing personality who enjoys talking to people, ideally you will come from a strong retail background.
- You must have great communication skills, be well presented, have a positive attitude and, above all, be a people person.
- Although previous experience in sofa sales would be a plus it is not essential as full training will be given.
- Sound administration skills and computer literacy are essential.
- Previous experience within an interior design environment would be strongly beneficial.
- Experience in sales and an ability to work under pressure in a busy environment are essential.
- As we are open every day the flexibility to be able to work weekends is essential. To ensure there is a sales presence at all times this will involve regular weekend work as required. Working any 5 out of 7 days.
