The role requires a leader with strong moral purpose, experience in secondary education, and a commitment to inclusion, high standards, and collaboration.

The Role

  • Provide clear, strategic and inspirational leadership aligned with [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] values.
  • Place high quality teaching, learning and curriculum provision at the centre of school improvement.
  • Foster a culture of belonging, inclusion and mutual respect.
  • Lead professional growth through coaching, reflection and supportive challenge.
  • Work closely with the Trust, Local Governing Body and partners to model collaborative leadership.
  • Ensure safeguarding, wellbeing and pastoral care are embedded across school life.

What We Are Looking For

  • Substantial and successful senior leadership experience in secondary education.
  • Strong moral purpose and commitment to equity and inclusion.
  • Integrity, emotional intelligence and optimism.
  • Ability to build trust and inspire others.
  • Proven track record of improving outcomes for young people.
  • NPQH (or willingness to undertake) is desirable.
