FULL DESCRIPTION
Laboratory Technician Level 3 Apprenticeship
The role involves routine preparation of food and environmental samples for testing purposes, general laboratory duties and associated administration. Full training is provided and can lead to a career as a Food Microbiologist, Food Chemist, Quality Systems Specialist as well as various management positions in the food industry. GCSE/equivalent or above qualifications in Science, Mathematics and English are required for this role. Pay rates meet the National Living Wage for the UK and the role includes 21 days holiday plus bank holidays.
