Senior Manager - Transitions & Client Relations

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Group is hiring a Senior Manager - Transitions & Client Relations. This role oversees finance and accounting client operations.

About the job

This person will be responsible for overseeing the operations of Finance and Accounting Clients. This role involves leading a finance team working on AUS / UK / US operations and working closely with senior management to ensure the client quality standards and SLAs are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process transition and project management of multiple accounts and leadership.

The Role

  • Maintain client relationship and address needs and concerns
  • Capture scope to be offshored and ensure seamless transition of work
  • Identify the right type of resources and conduct assessments
  • Set up team, align responsibilities and ensure smooth integration with onshore team
  • Co-create training program with the client
  • Ensure teams meet KPIs/SLAS and ensure required quality standards are met
  • Ensure timely monthly, quarterly, and year-end closure processes
  • Identify new client servicing opportunities
  • Conduct process reviews and Identify opportunities for process efficiency/automation improvements

The Person

  • Professional qualifications in management preferably with CIMA, ACCA, or CPA.
  • Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in transition and client management roles preferably in finance and accounting sector, with at least 3 years in a managerial position.
  • Proven client servicing experience in a BPO or shared services environment is mandatory.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage financial operations in a multinational or BPO setting.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a record of accomplishment of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication in English and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate track record in process efficiency/automation projects.
  • Proficiency in financial software systems, accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory requirements is preferred.
