Job Role

  • Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Support current and future business needs through developing, engaging, motivating, and preserving human capital.
  • Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
  • Manage and process payroll activities accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Maintain pay plan and benefits program.
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Personal Profile

  • Proven experience as an HR executive or in other HR positions.
  • In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices.
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or similar role.
  • Familiarity with social media, resume databases and professional networks (e.g., Manafal, LinkedIn Hiring etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A keen understanding of the differences between various roles within organizations
