Senior Project Co-Ordinator Female
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Group is seeking a Senior Project Co-Ordinator Female to coordinate multiple projects, support the Group CEO, and manage administrative tasks.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and oversee multiple projects simultaneously while reporting to the group CEO.
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and plans.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among team members.
- Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Support project managers in achieving project objectives.
- Prepare and present project reports and documentation.
- Plan discussions and follow up conversations with relevant team members, to ensure new leads are handled efficiently and the relevant team engages in a timely manner.
- Should be able to maintain confidentiality and discretion on all matters maintaining professional temperament.
- Monthly / Quarterly Business Review Coordination and follow ups.
- Provide coordination for all external/internal admin requirements of the [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] Group.
- Coordinate and manage the day-to-day activities of Group CEO and Coordinate calendars and plan meetings with internal / external parties as required.
- Plan all budgets, itinerary, meetings and travel arrangements for local / overseas travel for teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination or management.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with flexible working hours to meet project deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools, Microsoft packages, clickup will be advantageous
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, take on challenges proactively, and prioritize effectively to ensure optimal outcomes
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is a plus.
