The Role

• Support the development, validation and implementation of the risk-based audit plan.
• Develop audit program in line with pre-established risks and create/amend for newly identified risks.
• Plan, execute and complete each audit assignment within budgeted time frame.
• Build relationships and open communication between internal/external audit team and department staff.
• Manage multiple assignments concurrently to optimize resource utilization and quality.
• Provide support to IA management in preparation of deliverables to Executive Management & BAC.
• Prioritize and support implementation of data analytics across PCs and O&M.
• Oversee timely completion of agreed actions and escalate exceptions where necessary.
• Prepare presentations, manage BACs and relationships with management of multiple project companies.
• Manage and motivate the team to achieve high performance standards.
• Implement approved departmental policies, processes, and procedures.
• Contribute to change initiatives and perform other related duties as directed.

The Person

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or Engineering from a reputed university, with CA, CPA, or CIA certification preferred.
• 6-8 years post qualification experience, including middle management in internal audit.
• Extensive experience and know-how of financial management.
• Understanding of fraud reviews / investigations.
• IWPP industry and technical knowledge is preferred.
• Sound working knowledge of ERP tools (SAP, Oracle).
• Working knowledge of Power BI, Idea or similar tools is preferred.
