Job Description

[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking an enthusiastic Physiotherapist with a passion for intermediate care rehabilitation. You will work within the Intermediate Care Bed Base team, providing assessment, treatment, and evaluation in a patient-centric programme. The team aims to prevent unnecessary hospital admissions and support swift discharge with rehabilitation to enable clients to return home.

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialist physiotherapy rehabilitation within a multi-disciplinary team
• Conduct assessments, treatment, and evaluation of clients in a rehabilitation setting
• Provide clinical supervision to junior colleagues and students
• Contribute to service development and policies
• Build relationships with stakeholders and offer specialist advice
• Work collaboratively using the Calderdale Framework
