Teaching Assistant Level 3
Salary: SCP 15–19 + SEN Allowance (pro rata)
Contract: Full-time, Term-time only
Location: London
Start date: ASAP / January 2026
[Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Level 3 Teaching Assistant with strong experience in supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs to join our friendly and inspirational team.
- Support and lead learning for individuals, small groups, and occasionally the whole class
- Use specialist SEN knowledge to adapt activities, support communication, and promote positive behaviour
- Contribute to planning, assessment and preparation of resources
- Develop strong relationships with pupils using warmth, consistency and empathy
- Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists and other professionals
What We’re Looking For: Essential experience with SEN and/or SEMH needs, confidence leading learning, strong understanding of child development, calm and resilient approach, commitment to safeguarding.
