We are looking for a responsible, reliable, service-oriented supervisor to support the Sweaty Betty store team in Belfast. You will act as a role model, assist with administrative and operational duties, and ensure excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Support store management in opening/closing, cash-handling, stock control, merchandising, and store presentation.
• Act as a role model with a positive attitude and product knowledge.
• Create amazing customer experiences through authentic service.
• Achieve sales goals and performance metrics.
• Perform other duties as assigned by manager.
• Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations and inventory management.
• Take ownership of stock management and visual merchandising guidelines.

Requirements

• Demonstrated retail sales success.
• Experience in a customer-facing role; supervisory experience preferred but not essential.
• Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
• Available to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Passion for Sweaty Betty brand lifestyle.
