Key Responsibilities

  • Creating amazing experiences for our customers through authentic customer service.
  • Achieving sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Interacting with customers and educating them on product.
  • Maintaining store standards, visual merchandising, deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and health & safety.
  • Cash management and adherence to policies for security, health & safety, and stock accuracy.
  • Encouraging customer loyalty and obtaining customer data.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • Flexible schedule and availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Retail sales experience preferred but not required.

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Positive and professional attitude.
  • Enthusiasm to learn and share product knowledge.
