Retail Operations Manager - Sweaty Betty

This is a hybrid, full-time role with responsibilities including store operations, team support, process improvement, and health & safety compliance. Responsibilities

  • Lead day-to-day Retail Operations activity, supporting the wider Retail Operations team to serve store teams as customers.
  • Build strong relationships with Store Leadership, store teams and Support Office stakeholders.
  • Own end-to-end communication to stores through a communications platform.
  • Champion continuous improvement across store processes.
  • Own store activity and workload planning.
  • Manage external and third-party partnerships.
  • Support spend and budget management.
  • Coordinate Health & Safety and Security compliance.
  • Support the Head of Retail Operations & Property in building a high-performance team.

Must Haves

  • Experience in Retail Management or Retail Operations.
  • Highly organised with proactive, solution-focused approach.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Confident building collaborative relationships.
  • Experience improving store processes and workload planning.
  • Clear and engaging communicator with Microsoft Office proficiency.
