Natural Construction and Maintenance Operative (UK)
Join [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] ([Employer hidden — sign up to reveal]) as a Natural Construction and Maintenance Operative. You will assist the UK Natural Pitch Director with construction and maintenance of natural sports surfaces across the UK. This role requires extensive travel and an enhanced DBS check.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in construction is essential.
- Plant machinery tickets and CSCS card are preferable.
- Full driving licence.
- Happy to work outdoors and be willing to support the business during peak summer months.
- Able to work away from home regularly.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to health and safety.
- A willingness to learn and adapt as and when required.
- Previous experience working with sports surfaces would be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities
- To work as part of a team in the preparation of the site for the construction and maintenance of a sports pitch.
- To work as part of a team in the construction and maintenance of sports turf surfaces.
- To ensure that, when required to do so, that all company vehicles and plant and machinery are operated safely, in accordance with user instructions and company policy.
