The Role
We’re seeking a highly driven and strategic Sales Manager with a proven track record in business development and key account management. You will be responsible for driving sales growth across the UK, developing new business opportunities, and nurturing long-term client relationships across our full suite of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] products – including synthetic, hybrid, and natural pitch systems, as well as maintenance services. Supporting the Commercial Director and wider global sales team to ensure high-quality service delivery from initial contact to project completion will be a key part of this role.
Key Responsibilities
- To develop and implement a strategic sales plan to develop and build new business and maintain customer relationships throughout the UK with a particular focus on natural and hybrid surfaces.
- To assist the Commercial Director in new and existing contracts management and negotiations, including evaluations, negotiations with suppliers and all levels of stakeholders. To assist in the management of multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring the delivery of a high-quality product and service on time and within budget and within regulatory and good governance principles.
- To communicate effectively with the Commercial Director and UK team ensuring that plans are understood and effectively implemented.

- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
- Flexible with frequent travel across the UK (and occasional international trips).

- Bring a proactive, hands-on approach to driving our ambitious growth strategy.
- Previous experience working with sports surfaces would be beneficial.
