The Role

As a Maintenance Operative, you will play an essential role in maintaining various client synthetic pitches throughout the UK, ensuring accurate reporting on works completed. You will often work independently and report to the Synthetic Turf & Aftercare Manager. Full training on bespoke machinery provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure maintenance of [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] client synthetic pitches is carried out effectively and efficiently providing constant quality as per [Employer hidden — sign up to reveal] standards.
  • Assist the maintenance team in providing high-quality reporting information and offer enhanced follow-up services to customers.

What We're Looking For

  • Plant machinery tickets and CSCS card preferrable.
  • Full driving licence.
  • Happy to work outdoors and support the business during peak summer months.
  • Able to work away from home regularly.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to health and safety.
  • Able to work independently.
  • Previous experience in synthetic maintenance or sports surface construction preferred.
